From production lines to production agents

Hanumanthu Harsha Vardhan is an AI engineer in Nuremberg, Germany. Mechanical undergraduate, then Electromobility-ACES at FAU — AI, connectivity, e-powertrain, sustainable production. The work that stuck was making language models reliable enough for a plant, not a demo.

The thesis at Siemens Amberg is a multi-agent system for automated root-cause analysis: perception, reasoning, retrieval, decision support, with local models and reliability metrics. Before that: a computer-vision internship on the same site, and a research assistantship at Institute FAPS on local RAG with trustworthiness metrics — the DVS EBL 2026 paper lives on the research page.

Earlier: data analytics at IndiaMART, then data and systems coordination at RT Vision. The studio projects — vibedeck, Agent OS, AgentOps Studio, RetrievalLab, CareerAgent — are the public trail of the same judgment: dry-run defaults, citations, evals, and infra you can explain.
